Shipping policy
Shipping times (approximate):
- Denmark: 1–3 business days
- Scandinavia: 1–6 business days
- Europe: 2–6 business days
- USA: 5–8 business days
- Rest of World: 5–10 business days
Your shipping options and costs are shown at checkout. We use trusted carriers for both domestic and international orders.
Damaged or Missing Items
All items are insured during shipping. Please check your order upon arrival. If your package or its contents are damaged, notify the carrier (e.g., PostNord) and contact us within 2 days.
If your order hasn’t arrived, email us at hello@valkuria.com with your order number, and we’ll help track it.
Claims & Warranty
You have a 24-month warranty under the Danish Sale of Goods Act.
You must notify us of any defect within 8 days of discovery.
The warranty does not cover:
- Misuse or improper care
- Normal wear and tear

Out of Stock Items
If the item you ordered is sold out, we’ll notify you right away. You're welcome to contact us for alternatives or restock information at hello@valkuria.com.
