By shopping with us, you agree to the following terms. We’ve kept them short and simple so you know exactly what to expect.

2. Ordering

When you place an order, you’ll get a confirmation email. If there’s any issue (like stock availability), we’ll let you know right away.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in Danish crowns and include tax. Payments are processed securely using  Shopify Payment

4. Shipping

We ship to all Europe. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but we’ll always aim to get your order to you quickly. You’ll receive a tracking number once it ships.

5. Returns and Refunds

Changed your mind? No problem. You can return items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. To start a return, email us at hello@valkuria.com.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.

6. Your Information
